    Comfortable 2 bedroomed cottage close to all the amenities of Lamlash village and approx.100 m from the bus route.

    The house is of modern design with light décor and comforts throughout. The master bedroom is on the upper floor .The bunk room which has a double bottom bed and the family bathroom are both conveniently on the ground floor.

    The kitchen is well equipped -- electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The table in the living/dining room folds up to provide more space as needed and there is also a table on the patio outside the kitchen door for alfresco dining.

    The enclosed, garden provides a relaxing place to sit with a burn (stream)  running through so guests do need to be aware if bringing young children.

    Please note the owner requires a £150 Security Bond refunded after your departure subject to a satisfactory housekeeper’s report.
