Deanbank is a 19th century traditional cottage retaining many original features. It benefits from a large conservatory on the back which looks on to the sunny, secluded garden. The cottage has a porch at the front which leads on to the living room, kitchen and shower room.
The living room has a multi fuel stove (coal and logs may be purchased separately) and an open staircase leading to the 2 attic bedrooms. The bedrooms are small, as you would expect in a cottage of this age but are adequately furnished with double/single beds and chest of drawers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher etc while the freezer and tumble dryer are located in the garden shed along with garden chairs.
Deanbank is situated in a quite location, just a few minutes from the beach and golf
