3 Hillview Place, a two bedroom house perfectly situated in the main village of Brodick on the Isle of Arran, offers you affordable, luxury accommodation. 

Close to the ferry terminal (0.4 miles), the main Co-op supermarket (0.3) miles and many other local shops and bakery, you’re within a stone’s throw of Brodick’s  many village amenities.

The ex-council property has had a recent full renovation. The ground floor includes a large lounge with a log burner and a Smart TV. The fully fitted kitchen has all the mod cons and an open plan dining area. There’s also a WC and washbasin on the ground floor as well as plenty of space for boots/jackets at the front door. A washing machine is available for your use during your stay and detergent will be on hand.  

Upstairs includes a master bedroom with a kingsize bed and a twin room – both with plenty of wardrobe space and full length mirrors. Bedlinen and towels included. The bathroom upstairs is fully fitted with a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. 

There is a well kept enclosed garden area with outside seating (a perfect sun trap on a summer’s day) and offers designated parking for x2 cars. 

Our property is child friendly and a cot and highchair are available on request. We are also dog friendly – previous visitors have expressed how much their dogs loved Brodick beach which is just 0.5 miles away. 

At 3 Hillview Place, you’re within easy walking distance to many of Brodick’s local eateries including the Douglas Hotel, Little Rock and the Pizza Parlour. In the same village as Auchrannie, you’re close to their spa, sports and Playbarn facilities. 

Keen golfers will find one of Arran’s top courses in Brodick village and hikers can enjoy being close to the famous Goatfell.
