2 Hamilton Terrace is  the property to the right of the photograph with the higher roof. New photo coming soon.  This is is a newly refurbished cottage situated in the historic and popular Hamilton Terrace in Lamlash built,  in 1893 to the design of  Scottish architect, J. J. Burnett.  The cottage is located in the heart of the village across the road from the beach and is the ideal place to base yourself for a family holiday. All amenities including shops, bars/restaurants, tennis courts and golf course are within from approx 100 metres – the golf course is approx a mile away.  The Pierhead Tavern is a popular choice for Locals. Lots of information can be found  here too.

The cottage is newly decorated throughout creating a cosy cottage feel with sea views across  Lamlash Bay to the Holy Isle. The owners have installed an environmentally sustainable electric central heating and hot water system.  The property sleeps 6 with a dining area for 4 as shown in the lounge with two extra dining places at the kitchen breakfast bar.  Visitors will note the unusual, cozy children’s bed area in the master double bedroom. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included.  No smoking.   There is a sitting-out area at the front of the property and access to a shared lawn area.   A car parking space is available at the front of the property.
