Due to its elevated position, the detached property boasts lovely views over Lamlash Bay. On arrival at the property, guests have their own private parking space (2 cars) beside the outside seating area, followed by steps that lead down into the cottage.
The new decking looks over the bay, and is a lovely spot to sit with a glass of wine and watch the yachts sail in and out of the bay.
All rooms lead off the living/dining room which has a large window that looks down over Lamlash Bay. This is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee and take in the stunning sea views.
The wood burner makes this room very cosy over the winter months, allowing guests to relax in the evening, after exploring all that Arran has to offer.
Please note one dog welcome by arrangement. Please do not leave your dog unattended, the property is adjacent to a public road and the garden is not secure. Please observe the Dog House Rules in our Booking Information
