Millhill Front House is situated on Shore Rd, between Bungalow Rd and Hospital Rd, overlooking the beach and a grassed play and picnic area. The sea and the Holy Isle give the house a superb view from the Conservatory, Lounge and Patio areas. There is a small garden to the front of the patio with off road parking. Garden furniture is provided.  

The house is within ten minutes walking distance of the village centre and therefore close to all amenities such as shops, restaurants and pubs, bowling club, golf club, yacht club, tennis courts, boating and sea fishing and Holy Isle ferry. Other attractions on the island include Hill Walking, Mountaineering, Cycling, Touring, Horse Riding and Sports Centre (Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, and Sports Hall) Beaches, Sight-Seeing (Brodick Castle, Distillery, Museum etc) and Shops including Craft Shops. 

The house has a comfortable lounge, including dining area, leading into the conservatory with a smart TV with freeview and DVD player. Wifi is available. 

Also leading off the hall is a modern galley kitchen with electric hob and cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and dishwasher.

On the second floor, accommodation includes two bedrooms, one with a large super-king size bed, and another with twin beds. A cot is available if required.

The shower room/toilet is also on this level with electric towel rail. The house has electric storage radiators. 

Price includes electricity, bed linen and towels and, sorry, no pets or smoking are allowed in the house.
