It offers a boutique holiday experience. The main garden is to the front of the property and faces south east. It provides space for off-road parking and a sitting/BBQ area.

The cottage is quiet, comfy and welcoming. Entering into an open-plan and spacious ground floor comprising a combined lounge, kitchen with stylish fitted units and integrated appliances, and adjacent dining area. A short hallway leads to the main bathroom which contains a bath and shower. An Italian designer staircase situated within a double height lightwell leads to the second floor which comprises a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with en suite toilet.

This accommodation comfortably sleeps four. Queensferry Cottage is close to all local amenities approx 1 mile away from a supermarket, beach, bar and gym.
