• Two bathrooms, one has bath with overhead shower, the other has walk in shower – towels are provided.
• The kitchen is fully equipped, electric hob, oven, microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
• Digital television.  free WIFI.
• Enclosed garden at the back of the house has raised beds, outdoor seating, barbecue and an attractive pond with fountain and goldfish. In this area there is a utility room with washing machine sink and space to keep cycles, pram/golfbag etc.
• House is centrally heated by radiators, also there is an electric stove in the lounge if required.
• Off road parking for up to two cars.
• Whiting Bay Golf course nearby.
• A car is not necessary however it is an advantage to see the many attractions the island has to offer.
