This historic two bedroom cottage is available to let for self-catering holidays in Lamlash. The Chimney Cottage is situated a short walk from the beach and centre of Lamlash, with its many pubs, restaurants and hotels with shops and a supermarket.

The Chimney Cottage was built over 100 years ago by the Duke of Montrose for his estate workers. Over the years the cottage has been tastefully upgraded and modernised and although centrally heated and double glazed, as the name suggests the coal fire is still in use.

• Downstairs there is a lounge, separate dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
• Lounge with the fireplace as the focal point has curved HD smart tv with SKY TV, SKY MOVIES, SKY SPORTS. There is also a blue ray player. Smart TV gives access to Netflix and Amazon Prime.
• Kitchen has electric twin oven with grill, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumbler dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
• Bathroom with bath and shower over bath, electric razor and toothbrush point.
• Upstairs there are two bedrooms one double and one twin both with TV and ceiling fans.
• A put u up bed is available for an extra child. Ask at time of booking for details.
• Enclosed small garden.
• The cottage is equipped to a very high standard with all bed linen and towels provided.
• Iron and iron board.
• Two small starter packs are provided one for coffee tea sugar and the other for cleaning including dishwasher and washing machine tablets.

Note:  We charge £10 per dog per week and take £100 damage retention deposit (for dog owners only) which is added to your account and payable with your balance. This money will be refunded into your bank account on Monday of return.
