The Smiddy with its central location in Whiting Bay, offers comfortable accommodation for 5 guests and is close to all amenities, such as The Shore and Whiting Bay Golf Club

Bay Village Stores is a popular place to meet locals.

Living accommodation is reached via a wide spiral staircase( stair gates available) leading to the lounge with panoramic seaviews, well equipped kitchen and dining area.

The bedrooms and bathroom are located on the ground floor consisting of 3 bedrooms ( 1 double en-suite with walk in shower, 1 small double and a single room), family bathroom with shower over bath, separate toilet and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Smiddy has oil fired central heating throughout and there is a wood burning stove in the sitting area with a starter pack provided if guests wish to use it.

There is a small enclosed garden to the front and a patio area at the side of the house.

The lockable hut, at the back, is where the garden furniture and the washing “whirligig” are stored. It could also be used for safe storage of bicycles etc.

Bed linen and towels provided.
