There is one family bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath.

Guests with limited mobility should be aware that the shower is over the bath and the owner notes that getting in and out may be difficult for some guests.

Guests are asked to keep the gate closed at night, as deer and stags may otherwise enter the property grounds.

Fereneze is situated in Lochranza, with a pebble beach opposite the house and the beautiful north Arran landscape close by.

Parking & Access

Private parking is available for up to 4 cars.

Drive through the gate and park in front of the garage. From the parking area there is an approximately 20 metre gravel path to the back door.

There is one small step at the back entrance.

The keybox is located on the back door, which has twist locks.

Please keep the gate closed at night to prevent deer and stags entering the grounds

Refuse & Recycling

General waste and recycling bins are provided.

Collection is on Tuesday, with the different bin types collected on alternate weeks.

Bins are normally kept by the main gate and should be placed on the roadside of the gate for collection. Further information is provided in the cottage welcome book.
