• 7 Hamilton Terrace has been owned by our family since it was built in 1893 to the design of Scottish architect J.J. Burnett. It is in a terrace of houses in the heart of the village of Lamlash directly across the road from the beach and has direct views across the bay to the Holy Isle.
• The house has recently been completely refurbished and has a new kitchen and bathroom, with walk in shower but no bath. It has been rewired and re decorated throughout and is bright and fresh. There is a new smart wall mounted TV and wifi access.
• The property sleeps 5 with a dining area for 5.
• There are new electric radiators in all rooms and an additional electric stove in the Living room.
• Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included in the rental cost.
• There is a sitting-out area at the front of the property with direct access to a shared lawn area.  A car parking space is available at the front of the property and there are electric vehicle charging points in the nearby car park approx.. 50m away.
• Hamilton Terrace is the ideal place to base yourself for a family holiday. All amenities including shops, bars/restaurants, tennis courts are within approx 100 metres and Lamlash golf course is approx a mile away.  The Pierhead Tavernis a popular choice for Locals. • We are unable to accept dogs.

• Short term lets can be arranged on request and subject to availability
• Security deposit £150 on all bookings will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to satisfactory housekeepers report.
