8 Hamilton Terrace is a newly refurbished cottage situated in the historic and popular Hamilton Terrace in Lamlash, built in 1893 to the design of Scottish architect, J. J. Burnett.  The cottage is located in the heart of the village across the road from the beach and is the ideal place to base yourself for a family holiday. All amenities including shops, bars/restaurants, tennis courts and golf course are within from approx 100 metres – the golf course is approx a mile away.  The Pierhead Tavern is a popular choice for Locals. Lots of information can be found  here too.

The cottage is newly decorated throughout creating a cosy cottage feel with sea views across Lamlash Bay to the Holy Isle.  The property sleeps 6 comfortably with a dining area for 6 as shown in the kitchen/lounge.  There is a sitting-out area at the front of the property and access to a shared lawn area.   A car parking space is available at the front of the property.

Lounge: Smart TV, Alexa and log burner. Large bay window with boxed seating offers a magnificent view no matter what the weather.

Dining Room/Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with cooker, Bosch washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer and Nespresso machine. The kitchen/dining area provides seating for 6.

Ground floor Bathroom: Bath, Mira electric shower, WC and wash hand basin.

 Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: The downstairs bedroom comprises of a double bed, large wardrobe and drawer space.

Bedroom 2: The upstairs front bedroom comprises double bed, single bed, hanging areas and drawer space.

Bedroom 3: The upstairs back bedroom comprises of a double bed. Large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Outside Area: Situated in front of the bay window is a large bench for the use of guests. Opposite the house is a communal grass area. There is a grass area slightly to the left of the property and directly across the road is Lamlash green running alongside the beach.
