The garden is partially enclosed, but it should not be assumed to be completely secure or escape-proof. Dogs must be supervised and should not be left unattended at the property or in the garden.

Dogs are not permitted on beds.

The parking area is directly in front of the house. Self check-in arrangements are provided to guests before arrival.

Accessibility & Important Information

There are 3 steps to the entrance.

The property has a ground-floor living area, ground-floor bedroom and ground-floor bathroom, with parking close to the entrance.

Guests should also be aware that some nearby routes have no pavement for part of the way and may include uneven or gravel surfaces. The owner indicates that some routes may be difficult for wheelchair users.

The garden/grounds are sloping and not fully enclosed, and there are external steps. Guests should take these features into consideration when deciding whether Sandbrae is suitable for their party.

Refuse & Recycling

General waste and recycling bins are provided.

Collection is on Wednesday, with grey and black bins collected on alternate weeks.

The bins are normally kept outside the utility room and should be taken to the bottom of the drive for collection.

Smoke alarms and a fire blanket are provided at the property.

Good Housekeeping Bond

No Good Housekeeping Bond is required for Sandbrae.
