• St Leonards is a traditional Scottish villa new  to the rental market in 2022,  located in the centre of Brodick village with uninterrupted views over the bay to the castle, Goatfell and beyond. The house is well furnished throughout with big beds, powerful showers, well-equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable lounge with open fire and TV, fast broadband and good Wi-Fi coverage. The house sits on a large plot with landscaped gardens, ample car parking and is a short walk to the shops and restaurants.
• A wide hallway with shallow stairs leading to the well-lit landing
• 3 good size bedrooms at the front of the house; one with 6’ super king bed with Hypnos mattress, one with a 5’ king size bed and the third, which can set up as a 6’ super king or two 3’ singles, again with Hypnos mattresses
• 2 bedrooms at the back, off the half landing; one with a 5’ king (accessible from one side only) and the wee room with a 3’ single bed
• Upstairs bathroom with powerful Aqualisa shower over bath, hand basin and WC.

• On the ground floor – a walk in shower, again with a powerful Aqualisa shower, WC and handbasin.
• Large living room with comfy sofas, an open fire and a great bay window with views over Brodick Bay to Goatfell. Large HD TV with a wide range of TV channels, VHS and DVD player.
• The kitchen is very well equipped. Smeg range cooker with double electric ovens, 7 gas burners and grill. Full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses and a wide range of utensils, sharp knives, cooking and serving equipment
• The dining area easily seats 9 and has lovely views to Goatfell
• The utility area has a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, secondary fridge and plenty of space for coat hanging and boot storage
• Plenty of outdoor space
• During summer months there are tables and chairs on the “sun trap” patio  and on the upstairs balcony (max 4 people) with the best view in Brodick!

Other things to note

This is a great house for a family break or time away with friends. Groups larger than 4 of the same sex (couples and family members excepted) are not permitted.
